Inside Roots, you receive access to eleven in-depth modules guiding you from ideation to launch of your purpose-driven business. Together, we move step by step through your vision, values, foundations, customer journey, branding, offers, launch, marketing, and beyond. Alongside each module, you receive thoughtfully designed templates, worksheets, examples, and tutorials to simplify the process and support clear, aligned action.
And this time, we move through it all together. Throughout our six months together, we will move into a new module every two weeks as we arrive at each stage of our journey, allowing you to focus on what is directly in front of you without becoming overwhelmed by everything still to come. This is the structure that holds your vision. The foundation you will build upon for years to come.

For six months, we gather every week to move through Roots together. Each module unfolds across two weeks. First, we find clarity. We unpack the teachings, integrate what you have learned, answer your questions, and make sure you know exactly what comes next. Then, we move into action. You bring what you have built, created, mapped, or implemented into the room to receive feedback, troubleshoot what feels sticky, and refine as you go.
I meet you there with presence. With love. With fire. With grounded strategy, clear feedback, honest reflection, and the support you need to keep moving. You are not left alone to consume the curriculum and figure out how to apply it. We learn. We build. We move forward together.

An optional home for your unique creations
Every woman inside Roots receives access to a customizable Squarespace website template created by graphic and web designer Kami Marchand, alongside a step-by-step walkthrough to guide you through bringing your digital home to life. During this stage of Roots, you can build your first website, refine a home you already have, or map out the digital home you may choose to create in the future.
Building a website itself is entirely optional. If a website does not support the season of business you are in, this becomes space to integrate, catch up, and root more deeply into what you have already built. Please note: a Squarespace subscription is not included in your Roots investment and is an additional expense should you choose to use the template.

Building a business asks us to bring what lives within us into physical form. And sometimes, the greatest blocks we encounter along the way cannot be solved through strategy alone. Throughout your six months inside Roots, you will receive two private 1:1 Energy Healing sessions with Spiritual Healer & Mentor Margo Dalinghaus, creating dedicated space to tend to what is moving beneath the surface.
These sessions are an opportunity to explore and clear the energetic roots of whatever feels blocked, sticky, intense, or uncomfortable as you bring your vision into form. Fear around visibility. Resistance to receiving. Uncertainty around your direction. The places where you know what to do, but something within you is struggling to move. Through Margo's quantum healing work, you will be supported in moving through these deeper layers and returning to greater clarity, alignment, and trust. Because making the intangible tangible isn't only about creating the structure. It is also about tending to what arises within you as you step into it.

I am a visionary and a leader devoted to helping women step fully into their gifts. My gift is my ability to see. I see your light. I see the path between where you are and the impact you are here to have, and I am here to help you walk it.
Over the last several years, I have supported 100+ entrepreneurs in launching and growing their purpose-driven businesses. Through that work, one truth became clear to me: growth is not the first step. Foundation is.
The traditional way of building did not work for me. Hustle, urgency, constant output. It disconnected me from my truth and depleted my resources. So I forged a different path. One rooted in presence, authenticity, integrity, and balance. A way where masculine structure supports feminine flow, and depth replaces chasing.

HOW ROOTS WORKS
Opening Ceremony
We begin together.
Our first call is dedicated to opening the Roots portal. We gather in ceremony to meet one another, set our intentions, ground into the journey ahead, and create the foundation for the six months we are about to share.
Module by Module
Two weeks per module.
From there, we move through eleven core modules together, spending two weeks on each. Week one is Clarity: learn the teachings, integrate the concepts, and bring your questions. Week two is Action: implement what you have learned, bring what you have created into the room, receive feedback, and refine as you go.
Closing Ceremony
We complete together.
Our final call is dedicated to honouring how far you have come. We gather in ceremony to reflect on what you have birthed, celebrate who you have become, and close the Roots portal together as you carry your work forward into the world.

Your step-by-step guide to taking your purpose-driven business from ideation to launch. Together, we move through intentionally curated modules designed to give you the tools, strategy, and clarity to make your vision tangible, while building a business aligned with your values and natural rhythm.

The first step is clarity. In this module, you will define your core values, clarify who you are here to serve, and anchor into your deeper why. Through guided goal-setting across your 10-year, 3-year, and 1-year vision, you will create a focused action plan for your time inside Roots. This becomes the compass that ensures every step you take is intentional, aligned, and forward-moving.

In this module, you will explore the balance of feminine flow and masculine structure, honour your cyclical rhythms, and reframe impact, income, abundance, trust, and presence as interconnected energies that support sustainable growth. These teachings anchor you in a way of building that feels intuitive, grounded, nourishing, and fully aligned with your body and values.

In this module, you will choose the structure that fits your stage, set up clean financial systems, and create simple pathways for receiving payment. You will also develop confident money stewardship through bookkeeping, taxes, and your Impact, Income, Expense Tracker, alongside designing a “Dream Week” rhythm that keeps your operations clear and sustainable.

You will reimagine the traditional sales funnel as a series of aligned portals where structure holds the container and your presence creates the magic. By the end, you will map your Customer Journey Skeleton so your clients have a clear path through your world and you have a grounded strategy you can confidently grow from.

In this highly creative module, you will craft brand elements that reflect your authentic identity and evoke how you want people to feel. Through visual inspiration, typography, colour, and logo exploration, you will shape a cohesive brand presence that feels true to you. By the end, you will have a grounded brand direction that supports visibility, consistency, and resonance. Collaboration with our branding partners is available for those who desire additional support.

Begin creating a digital home for your business, at the pace and scale that feels right for you. If you choose to build with the included Roots Squarespace template, this is where you will set up your site and bring your Home and About pages to life with Kami’s step-by-step guidance. If you already have a website, you can use this time to refine what exists. If a website is not part of your path right now, you can map your future digital home or use this space to integrate and catch up.

Design the signature container your entire customer journey leads toward. In this module, you will define your ideal client, clarify the transformation, structure your offer, and price it with confidence. You will craft aligned sales page messaging and, if you are building your website alongside Roots, bring your offer page to life. By the end, you will hold a high-ticket offer that feels powerful, spacious, and sustainable to lead.

Create a powerful entry point that bridges curiosity into commitment. You will design a focused 1:1 experience that delivers tangible transformation while building trust and safety. From structure and pricing to booking, follow-up, and sales page creation, you will leave with a low-ticket offer that feels aligned, accessible, and supportive for both you and your clients.

Once your Roots are set, you will be left with one final bonus module to explore beyond our six months together. Here, you will design a high-value free signature resource that works quietly in the background of your business, building trust, growing your email list, and guiding new connections toward your paid offers through simple automated systems. This becomes a pathway you can return to and implement when you are ready to continue building beyond Roots.
